It is our policy that;

• Smoking, being recognized as injurious to health, is actively discouraged amongst our employees.
• The smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is prohibited in designated no-smoking areas which includes, but is not limited to offices, public areas, company restaurants, clinics and vehicles.
  In pursuing this policy, the company will continue to respect the rights of individuals, and will minimize intrusion into the private lives of its employees.
  All SVL contractors and subcontractors are required to comply with this policy.
  Management shall take all necessary action to ensure the effective implementation of this policy.
