Be considerate and polite.
We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as a company. Your decisions will affect clients and colleagues, and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions.
Our differences can be our strengths.
We can find strength in diversity. Different people have different perspectives on issues, and that can be valuable for solving problems or generating new ideas. Being unable to understand why someone holds a viewpoint doesn’t mean that they’re wrong. Don’t forget that we all make mistakes and blaming each other doesn’t get us anywhere. Instead, focus on resolving issues and learning from mistakes.

Integrity
Stegoad staff members are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and act in good faith, with intellectual honesty and fairness, in all matters affecting their official duties and the interests of Stegoad. As such, they have a duty to represent Stegoad with loyalty and respect the confidentiality and good name of the Organization. With regards to integrity, Stegoad sets an example with particular attention to matters relating to the development of Stegoad’s policies, guidelines and research. Stegoad staff members are expected to adhere to the international and local accepted principles of professionalism upheld by the Organization in order to ensure that confidence and trust in the integrity of Stegoad as an Organization are maintained and enhanced. Stegaod staff members are also expected to conduct themselves in a manner compatible with these principles in their private affairs, as their behaviour may reflect on the image of the company.
Objectivity and Respect for equity
Stegoad staff will act without prejudice or bias, and labour in good faith for the best interest of all persons. Stegoad staff members will act impartially where your behaviour toward others is unaffected by your personal feelings. They’ll protect the integrity of their work, maintain objectivity, and avoid subordination of judgment that would violate this Code of Ethics. They’ll will endeavour to avoid circumstances where a conflict of interest might exist. If unavoidable, whenever possible, make full disclosure of such conflict(s). We won’t all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behaviour. We will all experience frustration from time to time, but we cannot allow that frustration become personal attacks. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one.
Prevention of Harassment. Stegoad code of conduct promote a workplace that encourages trust, responsibility, accountability, mutual respect, open communication and embraces the dignity and diversity of individuals. This policy: seeks to promote a work environment free from harassment, in which staff members at all levels. avoid behaviours that may create an atmosphere of hostility or intimidation. Choose your words carefully. Always conduct yourself professionally. Be kind to others. Do not insult or assault others. Harassment and exclusionary behaviour aren’t acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Threats of violence.
– Discriminatory jokes and language.
– Sharing sexually explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means.
– Personal insults, especially those using racist, coarse, or offensive language.
– Unwelcome sexual attention.
– Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour.
Accountability
Stegoad defines accountability as the obligation of every member of the Organization to be answerable for his/her actions and decisions, and to accept responsibility for them. Stegoad staff are accountable for achieving objectives and results in accordance with the contract Budget and policy.
Competence
Stegoad staff members are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of competence in their service to others and we’ll engage only in those services which stegoad have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience. Stegaod competence is recognizing their level of expertise and only providing service within those range or boundaries, or only after taking reasonable steps to acquire that level of knowledge, skill or experience, offer such service. Stegoad will endeavour to improve on proficiency and commitment to learn and increase its professional knowledge.
Confidentiality
Stegoad will respect the confidentiality of any information entrusted to, or obtained in the course of, your business or professional activities.
We’ll be a symbol which implies full trust and belief that one is a reliable person worthy of keeping matters private. As an employee, officer or director, we are to maintain at all times the confidentiality of others. We are not to share confidential information with anyone, including family and friends, or with other employees who do not need the information to carry out their duties. We are only to use such confidential information for the business purpose intended.
Professionalism
Stegoad provides global leadership in logistics, facility management and the Organization’s performance is ultimately a reflection of the professional commitment of stegoad staff members. Starting with senior managers, who are expected to act as role models and demonstrate leadership, stegoad staff members contribute to the Organization by building their professional competence on a foundation of ethical principles, professional expertise, and personal commitment to the mandate and objectives of stegoad. Stegoad is committed to a culture that encourages professionalism and excellence through learning and development, and supports innovative approaches and solutions, and the continuous search for new ways to support the goals of the Organization.
